Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Archi Trails, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your participation in our architectural design competitions. To ensure transparency, we’ve outlined our cancellation and refund policies below.

1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Once a registration fee has been paid, cancellations are not permitted.

1.2 The registration fee is non-refundable, except in cases where Archi Trails has made an error.

  • 1.2.1 In such instances, participants may receive coupons of equivalent value for valid cases.

2. Refund Policy

We aim to provide a seamless experience for all participants and stand by the quality of our competitions.

2.1 If a mistake is made by Archi Trails, we will issue a full refund (100%) with no processing fees.

2.2 If the error is on the participant’s side, no refund will be issued. However, we may provide coupons of the same value for genuine cases.

2.3 To qualify for a refund due to an error by Archi Trails, participants must provide proof of the mistake. Once verified, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

2.4 Refunds are only applicable for mistakes made by Archi Trails. Participant errors will not be refunded, though coupons may be offered in valid cases.


Competition Prize Policy

  • Prize money will only be awarded if the total entry fees collected exceed the prize amount (unless sponsored by a third party).
