Travel Date – 14 Days or Less Remaining: 0% Refund
- Reason: Hotels, activities, and other arrangements will already be paid for.
- Details: Cancellations made within 14 days of the travel date are not eligible for any refund.
Travel Date – 15-21 Days Remaining: 50% Refund
- Reason: Flights will already be paid for.
- Details: Cancellations made between 15 to 21 days before the travel date are eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
Travel Date – 21-28 Days Remaining: 70% Refund
- Reason: VISAs will already be paid for.
- Details: Cancellations made between 21 to 28 days before the travel date are eligible for a 70% refund of the total booking amount.
Booking + 2 Days: 100% Refund
- Reason: Full refund if cancelled within 2 days of booking.
- Details: Cancellations made within 2 days of booking are eligible for a full refund.
